We present a curated selection of 2-3 house and land options, carefully matched to your circumstances & strategy. Each opportunity includes full turn-key pricing, projected rental returns, and depreciation insights, so you can make a confident, informed decision.

Finance & Contracts
Our trusted broker supports your pre-approval while we manage the entire contract process on your behalf. This includes coordinating land, build, and statutory documentation into a streamlined, stress-free experience.

Build & Handover
We keep you informed throughout construction with regular updates and progress photos. Independent inspections are coordinated along the way, ensuring a smooth handover with warranties, compliance, and your depreciation schedule ready from day one.
What to expect
Timeline, communication and control.
How long does the process take?
From signed contracts, titled land with a standard single-storey design typically delivers keys in 28-36 weeks. Untitled land in a newer estate or double-storey designs can extend to 40-52 weeks. You receive a Gantt-style timeline at contract signing so you can plan your rent, finance drawdowns and moving date around real dates, not guesses.
How you're kept informed
Fortnightly progress updates during construction, milestone photos at slab, frame, lock-up, fixing and PCI, plus independent inspection reports at the critical stages. You never chase us for information.
